We are Expanding our Base!!

While we have had the pleasure of providing hundreds of Fine Art Appraisals here in San Diego, we thought it would be the perfect time to branch out…… we are now opening our new ‘home’ office location in Phoenix, AZ

.

We are still operating in San Diego as we have the responsibility to remain loyal and available to our previous and existing clients. After all we would not be as successful without any of you!!

We just realized it is in our best interests to branch out and where better than to the State which holds many wonderful Art cities of the  country.

As we continue to grow, we want to make sure that you, whether you live in San Diego or in the Maricopa County of Arizona, can still count on us to help with your Fine Art needs, whether it being a Fine Arts Appraisal or Restoration.

Our new location is still in the works; however, our numbers will remain the same. When we have more details we will share them with you all.

If you are ready to have your fabulous new or inherited art appraised, please give us a call and we can book you an appointment: 619/929-6192. You may of course email us as well at coronadoappraisalsllc@gmail.com.

Please see the following for some of the reasons you may need an Appraisal:

  • Insurance Need (New Insurance or Continuation of Insurance)

Note: if you already have your art insured, your insurance company will want it Re-Evaluated every 3 to 5 years. Ask your agent what your qualifications are.

  • Estate Planning (We work regularly with attorneys.)
  • Divorce Proceedings (We are great at communicating with attorneys and we know what they usually expect of us as the appraisers.)
  • Non-Cash Charitable Gifting (We work regularly with CPAs and we know what forms are needed and what verbiage is needed in our legal letter for this appraisal.)
  • Sales

Thank You San Diego for entrusting us with your Fine Art needs these last 12 years!! We will continue our loyalty to you as you have done with us.    LOYALTY
