We offer Fire Restoration, Insurance Claims, Insurance Coverage valuations, cleaning of fire damaged pieces, and removal of the Patina of Nicotine, plus the soiling of the ages. We do first aid for frames, and re-weaving canvases, even quite old pieces.
For now, let’s talk about WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED. Many times, it is simply sun damage to your beautiful Art. In many cases this can be restored by our Firm. Plus, you will need UV-rated glass. We live in High, Dry, Sunny San Diego, which is lovely, but it is HARD ON YOUR Art!! Sometimes, things which look insoluble to you are not to us. 10 years attending Art Schools, plus my time studying in Florence, Italy; has made me eminently qualified to fix your problem or suggest someone else… if what you have is beyond the scope of this firm.
There is a moderate Viewing Fee; however, when you sign the contract with this firm, then we Waive the viewing fee and only charge you the agreed upon amount, which will be stated in the contract. Remember, I have huge respect for ALL Art and ALL Artists: I will not suggest anything which will damage your Fine Arts. Additionally, we will not proceed if we are invading the value of the “Piece”. We aim to leave you with what the artist intended, when they first mastered your artwork. Maybe, we can figure out something which will return your family heirloom to its lovely original, as new, in appearance. Many times, it is Patina of Nicotine, over laying your Fabulous Fine Art from living in a home of smokers for years and years, prior to your family, of course. This can be removed.
